Brouwerij 't Ij

On our last day together my parents and I slept in, ate poffertjes, sorted out our packing and suitcases, and then went to my local brewery-

The Brouwerij 't Ij is only a couple of blocks from my place... You can't miss the windmill!

I've been loving their Ijwit (white beer) but today also sipped on their Plzen (pilsner) and my new favorite- discovered too late I must add- Ijnde Jaars ('years end').
