Arriving Berlin

Today travel went smoothly- my flight went on time and I caught a train, and the underground to my next airbnb. Thank goodness I had experience with the Japanese subway because I found this very very similar!

Fall has arrived here- the shot is from the train. Leaves are crunching underfoot and all reds yellows and orange.

This place is different- the host lives here too so this should be interesting-
I am in a 4th floor walk up, and have a beautiful big room.

I dropped off my stuff and then headed out for a walk and to find dinner- not exactly German but it was satisfying.

It feels a bit weird holed up in my room, but tomorrow I'll consult my list and make my way. I'm tired anyway.
